8th Grade/Freshman ONLY:

8th Grade students can compete only in the Creed Contest.

BIG is a quiz that tests your knowledge of the FFA. Currently only 9th graders can participate in this above chapter level.
Students can compete in Creed as 8th grade and again as 9th grader. Click on the title for a short video explaining the contest.

Sophomore (ONLY):

The contest below is a contest tailored for second year members.

Impromptu Speaking

The purpose of the Impromptu Public Speaking Career Development Event is to foster and develop the speaking abilities of FFA members as well as develop their self-confidence and contribute to their advancement in inter-personal skill attainment and leadership development.  The intention of the Impromptu Contest is to offer a more realistic, practical speaking contest to better prepare our students for public statements, media coverage, and general questions about the FFA and Agriculture Industry.  Students will develop the valuable speaking skills necessary to be professional, competent public representatives of the FFA Organization and Agriculture Industry

High School Members ONLY:

Available only for 9th-12th.

Record Book & Computers Contest

Record Books- Students will demonstrate their knowledge via scenarios that they will be inputing into AET.
Computers: Students will test their computer part knowledge and demonstrate use of various computer applications.

Using the cooperatives manual, students will take a test to demonstrate their knowledge. Click on the title for a short video explaining the contest.

Students will start preparing for this contest second semester. Click on the title for a short video explaining the contest.

Students start their prepared speeches in September. Click on the title for a short video explaining the contest.

Students compete in teams for this event and travel to compete. Click on the title for a short video explaining the contest.

Project Competition

Students will create displays of their project and present their project to a panel of judges.
